Version 4.0.82 Release Notes
General | Posted June 23, 2014 by JadeWe wanted to let you know that there is a new version of PPS available for download.This version is V4.0.82Â and is available to PPS Hosted & PPS Local customers. There have been more than 100 improvements since our previous version and we’ve listed a few of the highlights below…
What’s new?
Consultation Notes:
- New! Capture a picture or video using a Webcam and save directly into your consultation notes.
Set-Up:
- Change! Option to set up individual email addresses for practitioners & system users.
- New! Pop-up menu for tablet & smartphone users. Enable this by going to View > Popup Menu.
Look-Up Tables:
- Update! Practitioner Filter added to Appointment Types – you can now filter out appointment types if they do not apply to certain practitioners.
Appointments Diary:
- Update! Option to show a warning if the client’s previous appointment was at a different location.
- New! Options for Weekly Diary Overview & Overview of Appointments for Clients.
Client Details:
- New! Mandatory options when adding new client records including Town, Country & Date of Birth.
Custom Forms:
- Change! Option to use a Client Signature Pad. Tablet PC (signing directly on screen) functionality is now also included.
- Update! Question types including: “Raise a Charge” and “Total Charges Raised”. These question types allow you to include the option to raise a charge directly from a Custom Form, and to total up the charges raised on the form.
