We know that Christmas can be an overwhelming time, which is why we have gone to the trouble of putting together the best hints and tips to help you to survive the festive period!
Let PPS help you through the holiday season
We all know that things can get a little hectic around this time of year, as soon as Halloween is over and November arrives it becomes socially acceptable to start planning for Christmas. In the midst of all of the carefully orchestrated family gatherings, panic buying and de-tangling those dreaded fairy lights it’s likely that an appointment might slip your client’s minds
In the spirit of the season, offer your clients a helping hand by sending out a friendly appointment booking confirmation or reminder! Send out a quick email or text reminding them of their appointment details, including their appointment time, date and even which practitioner they are due to see!

The holding list also allows you the flexibility to be very specific about what your client is waiting for, including specifying which practitioner, location or even appointment type would be most suitable. If your client has a future appointment booked you can even add an expiry date so that they are removed from the holding list if they have been seen in the meantime.
