What’s new in On-line Appointment Booking?
Class Bookings
We’ve added the ability for your patients to book into diary events directly through your on-line booking system on your website. This means if you have scheduled a Pilates Class on your diary as a ‘Diary Event’, the event will be display as available on your website and allow patients to book in via the normal means.
If an event is full, it will still be displayed on the calendar however will be highlighted in red. This takes into account your ‘Maximum No. of Attendees’ field on the diary event.
Separate Pages
If you have separate pages on your website for class bookings and private appointments, On-line Appointment Booking can accommodate this by using parameters.
Locations
You can now set a default location if you have multiple locations available for online bookings. This again works with parameters, allowing the location to ‘auto-fill’ if chosen from a preceding page.
Go crazy over statistics
We’ve added the functionality so that you can now track your analytics via Google Analytics if you use On-line Appointment Booking directly on your website. This means you can trace the demographics regarding your audience and even go as far as tracking the no. of bookings taken per month.
