Extended Support Hours

We are delighted to announce that from Monday 28th January we will be extending our support hours.
The new support hours will be from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday which amounts to 5 additional peak hours a week!
We are running this for an initial trial period of 2 months and within that period will be looking for your feedback. We need to assess if you think the extended opening hours will give you real benefit.
We will also be assessing whether we should be extending our opening hours even further and if these improvements to our service would justify a small increase in support charges.
