So what’s new?
Appointment booking confirmations and reminders are vital to reducing your DNA rates.
PPS Express now allows you to manage your communication methods by choosing to send out either emails or text messages to your clients to confirm and remind them of their bookings. You can also build your own templates to personalise the message that you send out.
We’ve improved the settings panel within PPS Express so you can now edit your appointment types, durations and charges.
You can use the same functionality to keep on top of how you record any cancelled appointments with ‘reasons for non’attendance’ and your own unavailability with ‘blocked out slots’.
And that’s not all…
Invoices will now show more details, including any appointments, charges or payments associated.
You can also keep track of any outstanding debt with the invoice report which now also shows any part payments which have been made. Plus, all reports are exportable to CSV for a closer analysis!
